Help with upgrades

Hi
I've got a 10 year old rig I've done some upgrades on it over the years but now looking to bring the pc up to speed
currently running
CPU - Intel i7-870 Quadcore 2.93
Motherboard - ASUS P7P55D-E
RAM - 2 Ballistix Sport BLS2KIT8G3D1609DS1S00 8GB DDR3
GPU - Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 3GB (think might be bottle necked)

Was thinking of upgrading the Motherboard to a MSI B450 pairing it with a Ryzen 5 3600 4.2 CPU
Any help would be much appreciated
Price will vary depending on what need upgrading

Mainly playing WoW and Lol the comp has no issues with Lol but wow its now suffering a bit plus the mrs want to play planet zoo i know that mine doesnt like planet coaster that much
and yes i realised afterwards i was going to need new ram PSU wise i have a corsair xc 600 is that ok or will it need replacing?
