Help with upgrading

Hi everyone,

My current graphics card (a Radeon X1300) isn't really fit for purpose and I'm thinking of trying to do a cheap upgrade to be able to actually play some new games at a decent framerate. I think thinking of upgrading to this card but I'm not quite sure how to go about it.

From some googling I think I need to check that I have sufficient PSU and a compatible motherboard? Googling my pc (a dell dimension e521) I think I have a PCI express slot (which I think is okay) and a 305 watt PSU (which I gather isn't enough). Is anyone able to give me a hand and let me know what I need, and how to go about it as cheaply as possible?
