Having trouble, wont boot with small overclocks..

Any tips for this board? it's more complex than my 680, everything has 2 voltage settings. i thought the easiest thing would be ramp the bus to 266 and the cpu voltage aroun 1.3125, but it wont post wit these settings
any ideas, what are other people using?
what is CPU PLL voltage?
i guess i have it easy on my 680i, far less options.
at the moment only have a modest 2.475 ghz
