help with what to get ?

got 2 gig of OCZ ddr2 pc6400 Titanium XTC, was looking to go to 4 gig but i only found one shop that sells them and they are down to their last one and they dont know if they will re stock

looking for a replacement, atleast 4 gig to keep my vista running smoothly, hit me with your suggestions

my current ram running along side my q6600 at 3.2ghz dont really need it to go higher however would like to know my ram could take it higher if needs be

Up until recently people were saying go for 4x1Gb, but you want to be looking at some of the newer 2x2Gb sets imo. It's all dependent on how much you want to spend really. If you can afford the Ballistix RED, they seem like a great peice of kit... But they're pricey. The G.Skills might be more affordable.

Which Q6600 do you have btw?? If its the G0 stepping you can probably push it a wee bit further depending on your cooling.

i can push it a bit further and have been running at 3.6, lowered it to 3.2 to allow it to be cooler got it under water at the mo, its the G0 version, price wise nothing too price, depending on how good it will run then i dont mind paying the extra
