First of all please excuse the reeeeeeeeeeealy bad photoshop of the wheels but i couldn’t get any photos of the wheels straight on so the perspective is pretty screwed up but I think you kinda get the idea of the looks.

Anyways I’ve narrowed it down to 16' rota grids in either gunmetal with polished lip or white.

Here is the shockingly bad chop, if anyone can do better (an I’m sure you can) feel free :D

Cheers

Usually pictures of white wheels on black cars don't come out that well, i know what mine look like in the flesh vs pics so i'm going to say the white ones :)

they look small and ... well wierd, can you shop them again with bigger rims then we can decide better, Right now i vote black, but maybe after the shop i might say White

Good choice, I was torn between Grids and Slipstreams myself, in the end the slips just edged it.

As for the colour, I think white wheels on black cars look fantastic

15 or 16" max are the sizes to go for unless you want to wreck the car!

I know, that’s why i said 16's in the op, I can’t find any straight on photos of the alloys and my photoshop skills are somewhat lacking in case you hadn’t noticed :P

I do love the look of the white and the pic really doesn’t do them justice but I bet they will be a pain in the butt to keep clean. I think the gunmetal look great to and will be a bit easier to keep them looking good. I cant decide!

Not really that hard to keep clean, when you get them seal and wax them with some really good quality stuff and the dirt will just wash off, key is to wash them down every few days so you don't need to rub them, the glaze on my Volks started to crack so i referbed them :)

Cheers for that Simon, they look awesome on your s2k. Came out with a slight blueish tinge though.

Second attempt...

/drool Firestar_3x, wish the TE37's were in my budget, looks lovely.

Yea I am leaning towards the gunmetal at the moment, but the other day I saw a black CTR with the standard alloys in white and really liked the look of it. Think i'll go for the gunmetaahhhhhhhh white, no, yes pffft

Although dark rims with polished lip is getting pretty common now, those are Boost but give you a nice angle for a gunmetal + lip wheel chop.

Only square on shot i've got is when i referbed mine and the wheels are covered in tape!

Oh well got some new pics to upload tonight so i will do a photoshop when i have 5 mins spare.

Its a hard choice imho i didn't know what to do either and after the comments i get i think i made the right choice :)

Yeah, heres an idea, buy the same wheels as everyone else.

Personally, for me, its white. I know what white wheels on a black car can look like in the flesh and it beats 'dirty looking' alloys every day of the millenia
