Help with wifi set up (new build)

Hello I recently bought my first PC a(pre build) and have just got round to setting it up, however now when trying to find my network it only gives me the option to use an ethernet cable, when reading the manual it says their may be a WiFi card or adapter in the motherboard box although I can not see this anywhere, any help would be appreciated !

Yeah that's it, it doesn't come with any WiFi so you'll either need to use the cable or buy a WiFi card
