Im so confused and just dont know what to do. Ot does not have a cd drive.

I hope someone can help me!

Thanks!

Can you give any more information about your PC? I know you've said Asus but that could be anything from a brand new 3950x based one right down to a 15 year old Core2Duo one.

Have you made any changes to your PC recently? New hardware, changes in your BIOS, anything like that would be helpful to narrow down the cause.

Most times this has happened to me was because I'd installed Windows with my hard drive/SSD in AHCI mode in the BIOS, and it had rest back to the default IDE - except once when I'd set it to AHCI myself but turned out the machine needed it set to IDE to boot!

The more details you can give about the PC (motherboard model, hard drive/SSD setup, etc) the better.

Thanks for your reply.

The pc is a Gamemax fierce pc gt1050. Asus runs it.
No i have not changed anything. Just powered on, then auto repair. I cant factory reset it.
I cant go back to an earlier date. Ive tried with usb and selected the usb yo reboot it. Just turns off and on by itself.

I have no idea what to do.

Thanks
