Help with windows rating system

Hey,
i have 2 x 9600GT video cards in SLI and when i first got them they got a rating of 7.1 for both video ratings in the windows 7 rating system.

I just re-ran the assesment with having changed nothing and now am getting 6.0? can anyone explain why i suddenly have lost 1.1 in ratings?

thats a point i did upgrade like 3 drivers versions from like 180ish to 191.07, it seems like a major performance drop tho, i mean 7.1 to 6.8-7.0 ish is fine but right down to 6.0? wtf?
