Help with wireless adapter please!!

Hi chaps,

A friend of mine has a 360 Premium and we can't for the life of us get the wireless adapter to work.

We have tried 2 different adapters (one of which works fine on my xbox)

When it is plugged in it just flashes green.

Then, when you go on My Xbox > Settings > Network Settings there is no wireless mode option.

Please help

Flashing green means it's attempting to look for a wireless network. Are you sure his router is set to something (e.g. channel, wireless type, security) that the adaptor can understand?
