Help with Wiring

Hi Everyone

Im just trying to build my first ever PC (well wire it!)

Im struggling with 2 things

1:- Heatsink Fan - I have the Silent Eagle 2000 and it has a white 3 pin connector and a male and female molex. Where do I wire these to?
I take it 1 molex goes to the PSU? I cant see a 3 pin connector on the board!
There are 2 4 pin connectors above the fan on the board saying SYS-FAN and CPU-FAN

2:- The 2 pin connectors for for HD Activity, Reset Switch and Power Switch need to be connected in polarity but I dont know which is + or -
Each has 1 white cable so is that + or -??

The board im using is Gigabyte Z77 D3H

1. Just put it in to the 4 pin SYS_FAN connector (it dosen't also have to be connected to a molex) it should fit.

2. It should say in your case instructions, if not just plug them in, if they work then ok, if not then just flip them round. That is what me and my housemate did when building his PC.
