Me and two mates are off on a motorbike trip for a week, and this time around it is my turn to pull all our video footage together. We will each be carrying two GoPros, time synchronised, and at the end of every day I'll copy the card contents from each on to a USB drive, probably with a structure along the lines of
USB\Day one\The_Abyss\GoPro one
The question is, what's the best way to manage my workflow when putting all of these videos together? Even if I separate them out into individual days I will still have six sources to work with, and I want to see them all in order to be able to easily manage picture in picture and cutting from one to the other.
I'm not going to invest in a more complex program like Final Cut - it isn't worth it for the limited number of times I'll use it and life's too short to learn enough about it to get the best out of it. Still, if it cannot be done in iMovie then I'm open to other options.
Thanks!
