Help... X1900XTX clock speeds

Hi all, i was wondering if anyone can help me, I've just installed my brand spanking powercolor x1900 xtx (all usual driver uninstall, clean, reinstall procedures adhered to)

unfirtunately my clocks in ccc are coming up as 500/594??? Am I being an idiot and is this as it's running 2d speeds or is there something wrong. I ask because I was expecting 650/775.

You should be looking at Requested Speeds, that's the 3D clocks. Don't worry, your card is fine.
