HELP - Screens flickering

Hello, I am having an issue where my screen keeps flickering, multiple ccc.exe processes. I have a x1800 with a duel screen. Tried reinstalling the drivers, no difference. Sometimes if I reboot i get bluescreen with ati2dvag.exe, might be ati2dvag.dll.

Any help would be appreciated as it is very annoying and I cant do anything.
