On my current Pc, the wireless adapter finds the network fine at full connectivity, it then says acquiring network address and then disconnects itself. I thought it may be the router, so i reset it and still no joy, i then thought it may be my adapter so i ordered the netgear rangemax from overclockers and still no joy.

Any ideas on what could be the problem?

Any one its really frustrating, the computer has connected to the internet fine for 6 months and now suddenly has stopped working.

ah there any driver updates availaible or haveyou updated anything latley ?

I typed in ipconfig into the command box, and it has come up with ethernet adapted disconnected and it shows i have no I.P address.

Any ideas on what is causing this?

not seen that before sorry dont knwo how to fix that one sounds liek a software issue rather than hardware,

just noticed there is a network and internet section on the froum prob got saoem experts hanging about in there try asking in there. hope you can get ot sorted.
