Out of nowhere i cant log in with XP pro sp2. It gets me to the log in screen (i have no pass set) and it says i need to activate in order to be able to log in and from there all i get is the window where i can choose to activate over internet or via phone.
 
Activate it :)

Windows will only run for a certain length of time without being activated, then it locks your computer until it is activated... You should have no problems if it is a proper disk ;)
 
Try boot up into safe mode if you can with Networking, you should be able to reactivate if not phone up MS :)
