I've recently invested in another monitor

Unfortunately, if I have something like iPlayer open in full screen mode on one monitor and then I click on the other - it instantly exits iPlayer's full screen mode.

Any ways of fixing this ?

I have this same problem and I don't believe there is a way of getting around it. Some media players have the same problem, whilst others don't. It may be the web-based players that do so, if you download a programme from iPlayer and then watch it does it still do the same? (I have never downloaded one so have no idea how it works).
