got a we question

my machine the now

Intel p4 CPU 3.40 Ghz
2.00 GB ram
Radeon X1650 Series 512MB

the thing is ive been offered a
ATI HD4650,1GB DDR2 128BIT DVI / HDMI PCI-E 2.0

FOR £15.00

will this be better for my pc game wise i really dont play much games on
the pc except for mohaa and football manager

with this can i play cod4 mw2 gta and all the other gd titles avalible
on the pc cause iam really a xbox 360 gamer
i really dont know much about pc cards

do u also think i should upgrade my ram

From the look of your PC...unless you are planning on upgrading your CPU to dual-core, as well your graphic card to at least 4770, I think you'd better off keep your serious gaming on X Box 360.
