I bought an Acer 6930 from argos september 2009 and decided not to get the extended warranty, (£179 extra) and now, a month after my warranty expires the graphics card fails
, and i'm kinda stumped for decisions, do i either go to argos and say that the product has failed after a year (which is pretty poor) or do i contact Acer who apparantly after reading other forums has very bad customer service and demand a repair. The graphics card is a nvida GS 9500 so im not sure if that comes with a separate warranty to the complete product.
