unless he can argue he needs it etc
That's how he got to only 11.
I don't know the breakdown, but it's for dangerous driving, then for getting caught speeding in a mates car which he wasn't insured to drive. That and being a mechanic took him to 11 with some fines.
Then he had another wreck and got a 6 month suspension and huge fine for dangerous driving. I believe the max means testing could give him.
He re-shelled that car while he was suspended and that's the one he wrecked last night. Fortunately for him it looks like he only has to pay for the grass bank he dug up on the way to the tree.
He has somehow avoided injury through all his offs which are:
1. Bent wheel on 999cc Uno while learning vs Kerb.
2. Minor bump at junction in Uno, new wing bought and 3rd party was paid.
3. Spinning the not yet repaired Uno through a dry stone wall.
4. Head on at lowish speed with another car in a 1.2 Punto, new bonnet bought and 3rd party attempted fraud.
5. Rolled the not yet repaired Punto off a 4ft drop.
6. Got backed into by a Disco in his own 1.8 Bravo, the chap gave him £100 and said he'd claim he ran into the back of him, no witnesses.
7. Spun his own 1.8 Bravo into a much more substantial wall.
8. Crashed his own 1.2 Bravo into a rock, passed left of a parked taxi on main beams that was actually on his side of the road. LOL!
--- Received suspension for #5 ---
9. Re-shelled the 1.8 Bravo, then crashed it into the garden giving it a run at the same time as paint was drying on his brake callipers in the house. LOLOLOL!
--- suspension lifted ---
10. Bent wheel on 1.8 Bravo messing in a car park in the snow.
11. Spun 1.8 Bravo backwards into a tree.
