Hello, couldn't find a specific help section to just chucking it in here.
So basically a few weeks back my PC just cut out and wouldn't turn back on. The PSU has bust, so I ordered a new one. After it finally arriving, and spending hours trying to work out how to set it up, I got it set up and then put it back on my desk to plug everything back in. When I turned it on, all went fine.. but my monitor will not turn on. I've no idea why, it's plugged in exactly where it was last time. There is power to the monitor but it doesn't register what is happening on the PC. I wondered if perhaps the two power cables off the PSU that I didn't plug in were the reasons (Floppy disk and PCI-e), or if anyone else has any suggestions. It's an old school Dell monitor, but it's attached to the VGA adaptor so it plugs in the bottom.
Thanks to anyone that can help, and if you have any questions please ask
