Hi, i just purchased the Cataclysm Hogger" Intel Core i3 2100 3.10GHz DDR3 MMO Dual Core Gaming System for my son for christmas, everything was running fine untill he decided to play minecraft and the temps hit 87 in about 5 mins of playing, i also tried rage on steam and after only 2 mins the temp was up to 92and averaging in the late 80's. Are the fans not working right, i got a note from overclockers with the pc stating that it was stress tested and it reached 71. Ive a very unhappy teen because he cant play minecraft on christmas day :). Any ideas as to what could be wrong, I got windows7 running on it.

Firstly were is the pc situated? Against a wall or something? And if any packing materials came inside have you been sure you have removed them all checking behind any panels for hidden bits that could block air flow

Ya i just poped of the cover and the heatsink is loose it(i presume the heatsink is the big fan like thing on top of the mobo lol), not to up on the internals of pcs;) Its just loose on 1 side but ive no idea how to tighten it, its a weird plastic looking screw thing that just does not tighten no mattter what way i turn it. okey i looked up youtube and i think its some sort of push pen screw?
