HELP !!

i tryed to overclock for the 1st time and i dont really know my settings but my vcore on my asus suite is under 1v is this normal and i dont think my overclock worked as its still saying i am at 3.4ghz (i am using an i7)

Can't see your pics,and its normal as its in power saving mode,soon as you stress CPU the speed will jump to what you set,plus CPU voltage
