Help!!!!!!

Guys, put together my new pc today and i can use the keyboard and mouse in the bios but when it starts to go into the DVD to start windows the keyboard and mouse dont work!

Light is in the USB keyboard. Nothing though.

Nothing changed in the bios. Tried default settings still nothing!

mobo: Asrock H170M-ITX/ac

CPU i5-6500

4GB DDR4 2133 Ram

Is there an option for what utilisation the usb is set at? Ie full/partial/none.

And what keyboard? My steelseries had the opposite problem at the start, worked in windows but not bios due to drivers.

Any older keyboards that could be used?

All default in bios. Keyboard an mouse work fine in bios. Once pc starts with windows installation keyboard and mouse stop working!

Not looked at the board layout but can you try another set of USB ports.

Are you using 2.0 or 3.0 ports? Try swapping to 2.0 if ya can.

Guys, anyone using this mobo and the tries to install Win 7, USB wont work, reason in the link i provided.
