Help!

I'm going to my cousins 18th tomorrow and have no idea what to get him! He's a sporty guy but I don't know him all that well. Doesn't have to be expensive (£10-30 or so) but a nice token gift. He's only going to be 18 once after all! I don't want to buy him alcohol as that's all I got for my 18th if I recall! Considering a nice swiss army knife but not sure if this is his thing, or the prices.

What would you get an 18 year old lad for his birthday?
