Hi,

Hopefully someone can help, i bought a pc through oc a few months ago.

However last week i've been experience crashes gradually getting worse.

This has happened in games but now happened when on desktop also.

In game error codes - On hell let loose - unreal engine is exiting due to d3d device being lost
on the forest - d3d11.dll caused an Access Violation (0xc0000005)

The game crashes screen goes like picture attached

Definitely try and reinstall drivers, even try a completely fresh windows install and then fresh drivers. However a quick google does say that it could be a hardware fault, if its a few months old then contact OC.

I would suggest a complete fresh clean install of your graphics driver to rule out software first. Install this tool to completely remove any trace of your previous driver. Next install the most up to date driver from the Nvidia website. Hope this works for you

If its not software it's either gpu or the kolink psu which is a budget model.

If it turns out to be the psu spend another £20 and get a quality unit.

As stated by @Plec, that looks like memory issues on the GPU.

Try reinstalling drivers, failing that post those images in the Customer Support section of the forum alongside your order details for the system.
