I have had my pc since 2019, and I have had no issues with it what so ever, until recently I started to notice my PC would randomly restart, I dont get the "Restarting..." Screen, it just instantly turns off and on again, my specs are:

RTX 3060
i7-6700k (bottleneck i know)
16gb ddr4 ram
Z170A PC MATE (MS-7971) motherboard

You're going to have to give us more info than that...
What PSU?
What are you doing when it restarts?
Are you up to date on things like bios/drivers/os?
Have you checked everything is working ok such as cpu cooler for example.

Is the memory running stock?

Did you change anything (at all) since it begun (e.g. new devices, software, drivers)?

No, I used malwarebytes to check for malware, nothing. I even reset the entire pc to see if it was a corrupt file or something, still happens.

Its either over heating CPU-change thermal paste- or power supply in my opinion.

After it restarts again check 'event viewer' in Windows which logs errors and warnings; this should give some idea as to the problem.

step 1 - check event viewer for error messages + check your cpu temperatures under load, tool for temps: https://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html

post all the output

post more info about your system, including your power supply model, and consider if this started when you upgraded gpu
