Help!

I am trying to attach my water cooler to my motherboard and I have attached my amd standoffs but it doesn’t bring the back plate tight to the motherboard? Won’t the cooler just then move around?

Ah sorry my bad.

Yea I have screwed them in on the motherboard side but it isn’t making the back plate tight?
