Hi Folks,

I need to roll out a helpdesk to three different departments (maintenance, marketing, admin) so that staff can log jobs to an email address and it will create a new ticket for that department.

Is there a helpdesk that can have multiple instances from one installation?

Have used spiceworks before as my old IT helpdesk, does it have the functionality to split into different helpdesks though?
 
Staff need to be able to email a request to say [email protected] and this would create a ticket on the admin helpdesk, and vice versa for maintenance and marketing.

I dont want to have to install three seperate helpdesks though.
