Helping IDing a song

Right, haven't got a lot to go on with this one I'm afraid but I'll do my best. Heard a track at work a few times lately that I can't seem to identify, it's a similar 'style' to Chaing Gang of 1974 - Sleepwalking:

Similar-ish male vocals, and there's a sound in it that reminds me of that 'oooh, ooh ooh' bit.

Any ideas at all? It's presumably fairly recent as I don't recall hearing it before but it's been played a lot lately. I've been through the singles chart and top tracks on Spotify and had no luck.

Soon as I heard the vocals I thought it sounded a bit like an Imagine Dragons song.

Edit: Actually, it's not Midnight City is it?
