a phoned up MS reporting the graphics fault, etc they said that I had broken it, even though it had been well documented about the problem and that ms offering an extended 3 yr warranty was pretty much an admission that MS suck.
the woman who was from india (typical), wasn't having none of it, n said the repair was 60quid, n i had to pay it cause I broke it which i duely laughed at.
and once your 3 year warranty with MS has expired?
