Just got my Hyundai LCD monitor back from repairs and when it loads up Windows its all in colour , however when it loads the desktop its in black and white ? Any Ideas? Ive checked all the settings etc... Do you think its still broken?

I doubt its a monitor problem if its booting up in colour and losing colour on desktop. Do you have colour in videos/games?

If so, its most likely a driver issue.

on tvs when selecting what mode one of the modes puts thinsg in black and white. i wonder if the graphics card drivers have the same modes you can choose from.

perhaps uninstallign your drivers then using a driver cleaner (there is one adviced on the nvida unistall guide and a link to a download) when you install the latest ones it may fix its self. Like said above i doubt its the monitor.
