Helpppp white fuzzy screen

Hi guys just turned on my pc and it went through all of the loading screens fine after the black screen with the windows logo though it hits me with a fuzzy white screen, safe mode works fine and I any see any problems and when the fuzzy screen is on windows still makes its chime noise to greet me nicely. I had it on less than 8 hours ago and had it running fine, I know the hdd is on its way out but it's still loading windows could that be a possible problem? Or is it this gpu that's decided to suicide on me out of the blue but it's 2 or 3 months old.
Any help appreciated
 
Okay I've just plugged in my VGA screen and that's working fine on a adapter I've plugged another hd screen onto it to check it wasn't the monitor still does the same and it's not the cable either I'm guessing the hdmi port has died? I've changed as much as I know to change and update etc so I'm at a dead end for now
