Helps temps confusing !!! ?

wen i first built this rig.... i had temps of about 30 and i have dun nothing diffrent since and now they rest at about 45-50..... i used A.Silver compound with my heatsink and by now it will have 'set' if u get me.....i fort i myt have put to much on at first but that would mean temps would have been high to start with....

am a lil confused any help?

(have Q6600, with Artic 7 cpu cooler, using A.silver compound)

the CPU fan has a lil bit ov dust... i myt take it apart and give it clean.

bout 3 months ago now i fink. i did follow the guidelines but other av sed diffrent from the guidlines.

well i used the line of paste method on my CPU too... and it was running at 30 then slowley came up now seems to be staying around 45-50.... i will try to reset the Heatsink and use a thinner layer of compound maybe ?

there sat at about 55 now like WTF ... am not even doing anything, just net etc.
