Hi guys, I need some help for a college project; I need to find a cheap motherboard with onboard AGP, Modem, Sound and Network Card

It must support an AMD processor which will either be an athlon or a duron

Its the onboard modem that has got me

Any help is appreciated, thank you

not many mobos around that have a modem come with it...but there is one I remember..PC Chips M810LMR socket a..comes with an AMR Modem, onboard 64MB Gfx, takes sd ram though but has network and sound onboard.
