text is being underlined as a link when it isnt a link and is even opening a page when a href has no value, why???

the error is occuring inside the marketing container, where i have the words LOW LOW PRICES, SPECIALIST KNOWLEDGE etc etc
please can you tell me where i am going wrong as i cannot figure it out for the life of me..and wondered if anyone possibly could?
