Hey folks

I bought the Mirra 2 back in January 2023. It has the adjustable arms and adjustable lumbar support. The chair is coming up to 2 years old. Maximum user weight I believe is 159KG. I am 85KG. I noticed today that it looks to have stress fractures in the butterfly back. Is this normal or should I reach out for a replacement? I think it has a good warranty but don't want to waste time if this is nothing to worry about. I know there are plenty of Herman Miller users here so appreciate your thoughts. Thanks. :)

I'd be inclined to approach the manufacturer about that. It's only going to get worse imho.
Damn. OK thanks, I've gone ahead and reached out to where I bought it from. They are looking to arrange a service visit. I doubt the back can be replaced, seems integral to the whole chair but I am no expert so it might be possible. :)

The back does unbolt (at least on my Mirra 1)...
