Herman Muller Aeron Chair - Gas Lift Replacement ?

Hi,

Does anyone know if it is a simple job to swap out the gas lift in a Herman Muller Aeron chair or if special tools are needed?

The gas lift has gone in my office chair and needs either changing or fixing.
I am not sure if it is something I can do myself or if I need some type of specialist help?

Easy enough. Wrench, T25 torx key and hammer.
