Hi, I am looking for a story to tell young children ( 6&7yrs) about a hero. not doctors and nurses or firemen as we have already covered them. So far I have the Legend of Gelert (google him) and Mother Teresa. Any one have any other ideas? Thanks for any help. forgot to add that we can't really use biblical stories.
