Yeah pretty much. I guess if in the future you feel you wanna add another card then the 750 (Or the 850 which is only a few quid more) might be a good call.
 
Dont forget Antec psus they are very good too....but yeah get a 750w for more headroom for future stuff i guess and the above cooler is good though only if you overclocking a lot in my view otherwise go a coolermaster/akasa 1156 socket cooler maybe if you doing a mild overclock.

Just to add, at the very max it will be a mild overclock on the system, so if this is only going to benefit me from a high OC then I won't be needing it as much

Check the Patriot ram in my pic, that's fine, anyway goodnight hope you like whatever you decide to get but as you can see others here recommend i5 750 and a 5850 too it will be a monster.:)

As the Patriot is the same price as the Corsair I linked a couple of posts up ^, do you not think the Corsair would be better performance wise? Never really heard of Patriot so Corsair obviously gets the trust vote
