Ok, well hello to everyone.
I'm new to building computers I guess, thought I'd get started here after a recommendation from a friend.
My name's Jay, but most people online call me 'kd' - (Initials for King Damager), originally from Essex, but am currently at University of East Anglia (Norwich) studying Economics. Anything technical related is basically a hobby for me, and I've played around with all sorts of things, from gaming on pc (COD) to photography, Photoshop etc... This means that I tend to like things well designed, smooth lines etc... Also have worryingly developed some kind of clean freak nature at Uni, so my desk is as neat as possible.
Biggest issue of course is that actually a lot of these are little more than dreams as a student, due to the budget... Computer is currently in need of an upgrade, need a better camera etc... *sighs*
Not sure what else to say xD but yeah would be nice to get into the 'hardware' side I guess, and hence I'm making this post
