Hi chaps,
I have an annoying bug on my HG612 reporting inaccurate line stats within the GUI. I am running the latest unlocked GUI firmware A2pv6C038m.d24j from August 2014 I believe?
i.e. My downstream SNR reports at 19.4 but in telnet confirms it is 6.3 dB. My upstream SNR is not reported at all, but I have read this is a known bug. My DSL up time is also always '0' so does not indicate my sync time, however to circumvent this I can check the modem's log page to find this information out.
Lastly, my upstream HEC errors reports a value of 4294967290 while the downstream HEC errors is 154... Where as my CRC errors are at 254/127 and FEC at 0/0.
I just have no idea what is reporting accurately! Any known fixes or bugs? I have already tried rebooting the modem. Telnet doesn't seem to have an issue reporting accurately which is the odd thing.
