HHD gone missing ?

Hi All i have reinstalled windows 7 on my dell laptop i have 2 HHD but only 1 is showing up where the OS is installed any ideas ?

It is 2 drives each are 500gig in size

how do i do this ?

ok thanks ..thats done it ! i can see it in the hard disc drives now
