Got an Asus Hero Z970 with 13900K and some Vengence 6000mhz

Getting a 55 error Memory, can anyone help me fault find please ? as not built a PC since the 9900K came out (2018 I think)

What RAM are you using? If more than 1 stick, test each stick individually

Testing each stick individually is a good shout. It's possible the RAM just isn't seated correctly. It always surprises me just how much force is sometimes needed to fully insert them.

[SOLVED] - Error 55 (ASUS) on new build

Just put together a new build today, everything boots up, but the display does not detect the computer. Error is 55 which I believe is related to RAM for ASUS? I installed them in slots A2 and B2 like I was supposed to. I also tried both sticks alone in slots A2 and A1. I've switched them...

Sorry for the late reply as only just got my PC running and installed with Windows, and thanks for the helping hands.

Ok so it turned out not to be the RAM, it was the Motherboard that was the issue.
Swapped that out and jobs a good un.

Only issue was with Windows 11 asking me to chnage my PIN due to hardware change via the internet BUT...
Couldn't get online with the ASUS network socket to change it.

TIP:
Had to use a USB to Network adaptor which did the trick.
