I don't really look at used PC prices.

Based on the brand new prices: you can get a CPU that performs much faster (7800X3D: in games, 14700K: somewhat in games and in productivity) and a graphics card that is a small bite faster, all with a long-term (2-3+, depending on the graphics card you buy) warranty from OCUK.

If the other gubbins (like the Noctua fans and Kraken AIO) are worth it to you, I couldn't say, but the systems in my spec have sufficient stock cooling, when paired with the peerless assassin air cooler.
