Its been a long time since I was on these forums and I've had to re-join as my email address screwed-up.
I've been a PC gamer since 1984 when I bought an Amstrad CPC just to play Elite. I went through a few more Amstrads until in 1988 I bought an Atari ST. I got my first PC in 1996 and I am still playing Elite.
I've been quite unwell for the last five years as I couldn't sit at my desk due to prostate cancer, but I'm over that now, although all night gaming sessions are a thing of the past.
My favourite type of games are strategy and simulations but most modern games I find too complicated for my old brain. I hope that I have a few more years in me as it's a great time to be a PC gamer.
