hi having few issues

hi looking for some help I've been playing apex legends for a while an its been fine until just recently as I've started streaming the game is running pretty bad choppy game play when I get into fights it goes to like 5fps
Can my system not handle this or do I have something wrong have 2 monitors as well now that seems to be where it started going wrong
I have a amd ryzen 7 2700x in with 24gb of ram an a asus GeForce rtx 2060 super windows 64 Samsung SSD 500gb
any general ideas would be helpful
I use streamlabs obs have fibre internet so not likely lagg
I even turned all my settings to low in game an its still bad fps in fights

Do you use hardware or software decoding?

sorry as in what I don't use anything specific just streamlabs obs so most likely hardware

Also i'm sure when I got my ryzen cpu it was 3.7ghz with a boost to 4.something but I don't remember how to boost it

It should boost automatically, and you should find out if the cpu is streaming the game or not.
 
Just to clarify are you saying that everything went fine when you stream with only one monitor, but with two it's choppy?
