Hi!

I'm an Englishman living in South Wales, UK. Which can be difficult when it comes to rugby. Otherwise, it's all good. :) I think the lovely Welsh-folk have finally accepted me.

I have a fetish interest in computer hardware and software, especially when it comes to GPUs and high-performance computing. That's largely why I'm here as I've spent a penny or two on hardware over the years. My wife says I need a cheaper hobby.

My other interest (I don't have many) is performance cars. My wife approves of that. She is a fellow petrol head so that money pit is not a point of contention. Great driving roads here in Wales, too - but don't mention the 20mph zones.

I am a self-employed software developer, specialising in 3D graphics programming and technology (real time and offline rendering) and game development. Which is a great excuse for justifying yet another GPU purchase. :p

Thanks, mate. Sounds like I'll fit in if that's the case! Yes indeed, I love my GT4 and possibly just about to pull the trigger on the 4RS. I've got a call with my local Porsche Centre next week.

Oh very nice! Would love a 4RS one day! The noise is intoxicating, very jealous! :P

Yes, that noise! The only thing holding me back is how firm it is to drive on the roads that I enjoy. Being nearly twice the stiffness of my current GT4, it's often mentioned that it's a bit too firm for less than perfect tarmac.

Haha, no need to be jealous, sir. Your 350 Sport is a fine driving machine. Very fine indeed! :)

No need to be jealous at all, my friend! More than happy to share my love/passion for cars and coding with whoever will listen to/tolerate me!
