Hi all, i finaly managed to get regestered which i must say is bloody difficult, sinse site doesnt accept 90% of all emails, hotmail, google ect ect.

Anyhow i was wondering if you spec a build can overclockers then build it>??

or do they only build the builds which they have allready got pre done on site, or the pc builder.

if they do make up builds which you spec heres my spec, it a air build, if i have missed anything or anyone got ideas ect,

my budget is 1400 incl deliv and everything,(no monitor ect ect)

Lastly wondering what overclockers like at building quality sinse i know they cheap but atm havnt found many pictures showing how good their builds are ie cable mangement ect, plz LINK me to a picture section if there is one or link to pictures showing off overclockers quality of builds.

Thanks for any help.

is that 2 packs of 2gb ? get something else imo the systems they offer are probably the best component choices sometimes

As far as i know, OcUK don't build computers that you spec out. But you could always ask by sending them a webnote on the website. The whole fun in buying all the parts is putting it together anyway :D

yer but personaly id rather get prebuild, mainly for peace of mind if things go wrong ect.

the reson why i not using their specs is mianly due to some of them being a bit wied speced, and personaly cooling issues could be a problem looking at a lot of the specs, also i like to have non stock fans and decent CPU coolers.

i tryed using webnote system but it pretty terrible from my exsperince both trying to regester problems with it, and asking questions.

This is why i wanted to ask here, weather OC build specs which i quote to them?

Case is a personal choice. Get a 4870X2 for crossfire when they are out ;)

If you use applications that will benefit from having a quad core, then get a quad. be aware that the E8600 is out soon, as well as an update to the intel quad range.

i will be using for gaming and useal home use.

personaly i dont want to build it myself sinse i havnt built high end pc before and looking at many other peoples workmanship when they DIY pc it quite bad a lot of the time, this why i going for prebuild, also means every will be done correctly and warrenty will be a very useful thing.

Agreed :)

Build it yourself you lazy bum. Half the fun of having a hi-end build is the pride of assembling it and getting it to work. That way when stuff goes wrong, or performs below par you have a pretty decent idea of how to fix it, rather than having to rma your whole box back for what is likely to be a relatively simple problem.
