I haven't been accepted for it yet but fingers crossed, will cost me 7k going private if NHS turn me down!

Apparently they sometimes do if it is under 5cm, .mine is 4cm...

I've been approved for surgery but need to have a CT scan and barium swallow first.

Anyone know if the barium swallow is similar to endoscopy?
