Hidden data on CD-R

Hopefully someone would be able to help me out here -

Had a regular CD-R to which I burnt some data. After this I then added a few more files in another session, using Nero. Now when I go to view whats on the disc, I can only see the files I wrote last, not the first set. According to the amount of used space on the CD, the file should still be there, any way of recovering it?

Hmm that software is good, shows the stuff im missing on the CD

But need the full version to actually recover it. Know of anything free that I could use?

I had a feeling you could "import" previous sessions when you added files to the disk. Perhaps there might be an option to do this in nero?

Worth a look at least.
